Lana Cavalli is an up and coming DJ/Producer who's attracting attention with her chosen style of sexy house/tech house infused with tribal/latino beats.
Half Scottish, half Sicilian, this former Miss Scotland grew up in the west end of Glasgow and her love of dance music was born in the 90's, watching the likes of Digweed and Sasha tear up Renaissance at the Tunnel, although it was many nights spent at the infamous Subclub with its cool underground vibe that influenced her most musically. Lana is a resident for the Bejuicy brand in birmingham and will be touring Asia in the next few months.
Having brought her sound to the UK this year expect to see a lot more of this fresh talent in 2010.
