Steve is a Birmingham U.K based DJ with a wealth of clubbing experience and a professional approach to the business.
Steve’s first gig was held at the Bank House in Knowle back in 1997. From there on he has progressed and rapidly increased his number of work offers. Steve’s first residency was at Suzy Q’s in Solihull, where he played each and every week for 18 months. During this time he built up a following and found his individual style of music. Steve has played at bars, clubs, University’s and Radio all over the U.K including GodsKitchen where he played once a month. This included playing at their 1st Birthday Bash, New Years Eve Ball ’98 and Spring Ball ‘98, Tony De Vit’s remembrance night and at the Clock Orange Tour.
In January 2001 Steve gained a weekly residency on Birmingham’s local radio station MixFM. He played primetime Saturday nights from 5-7pm. With a massive audience he provided the midland hedonists with some bangin' tunes! Following on from this Steve gained a fortnightly residency on the U.K’s first ever internet radio station, BPM Radio where he's been ever since. (www.bpmradio.co.uk).
Steve has played at many clubs such as Blend in Derby, Homelands 2003 Pre party, Twist at Po Na Na’s Leicester, Godskitchen’s Future Funk Room and also entered the M8 Magazine DJ Competition for Passion’s Redroom (www.passionuk.com). After having over 300 entries to the competition Steve came Runners Up. After the success of this competition Steve has been asked to play at Passion’s Redroom plus Passion’s sister club, Baby Passion on several occasions, including playing alongside the MYNC Project in July 2003. In the remaining months of 2003 Steve playing at Mocean in Buckley, North Wales, where the BBC have taken an interest and will be supporting the night. Digital at Po Na Na’s in Lincoln, Soul Intention Boat Party in Southampton. October Steve was very excited to be playing at Rulin @ Ministry of Sound in London and then at Slinky @ Creation in Bristol in November.
For 2004 Steve has already played back at Po Na Na’s in Lincoln and in February he’ll be making a tour in northern Italy.
From 2005 till present Steve has continued to play a many top events for Cream, Godskitchen, Babooshka, IF, Tatalise Presents Palava nationally.
For 2010 see's Steve focusing on producing and remixing tracks. His first and recent track is currently being signed to US Label Soul Shift Music based in New York.
Steve has a comprehensive collection of records that he constantly updates (like any good DJ worth their salt would), but his preferred style is that of deep ‘n’ tech house. With a selection of distributors sending him their latest releases he will always have the right tunes to keep the crowd dancing all night.
Steve is very ambitious and has many goals to achieve in his DJ career.
